REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO FILE ITR

   - Proof of other deductions under various sections like 80D, 80E, 80G, etc.

   - Home loan interest certificate, if applicable.


6. Capital Gains:

   - Details of any capital gains from the sale of property, stocks, or other assets.


7. Property Details:

   - If you own a property, you need details of the property, including the address and its usage (self-occupied or rented).


8. Tax-Saving Instruments:

   - Proof of investments made in tax-saving instruments like National Pension System (NPS), Public Provident Fund (PPF), etc.


9. Form 26AS:

   - It's essential to cross-verify the TDS and TCS details mentioned in your return with Form 26AS.


10. Previous Year's ITR:

    - Copy of your previous year's ITR acknowledgment (if applicable).


11. Other Documents:

    - Any other documents relevant to your income or deductions, such as medical bills for claiming medical reimbursement, HRA receipts, etc.


12. Bank Account Statements:

    - Statements of all your bank accounts for the financial year.


13. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC):

    - If you are filing the ITR electronically and using a DSC, you need to have your DSC and its password.


14. PAN Card Copy:

    - A copy of your PAN card may be required for identity verification.


15. Verification Form:

    - ITR Verification Form (Form ITR-V) if you are not using a DSC. This form needs to be signed and sent to the Income Tax Department's CPC (Centralized Processing Center) within 120 days of filing the return.
